Kulwinder Singh Yadav is a man of discipline and determination. After serving his country with honor in the army for a decade, he faced the daunting challenge of transitioning to civilian life. With a wealth of leadership skills and a passion for helping others, Kulwinder Singh decided to start his own business.

His first venture was a painter as a contractor and completed couple of projects. Despite his efforts, the business struggled to attract clients. The niche market he was targeting proved smaller than anticipated and after a year closed the business. Undeterred, he pivoted to another idea- started a taxi business, where he bought the taxi and started airport pickup and drop services, he faced challenges in the starting but giving his every ounce to the business in the end of the manage to 5 taxis of his own.

That was a turning point of his life and registered the Private limited company. Everything was going smooth but he lacked the technical expertise to maintain and grow the business professionally. Financial constraints led to the struggling because of misleading by partners.

After all of this, he decided to run his business by his own and slowly build the team again and this time manage to achieve the one of the IT company contracts of providing employee transportation services.  Later, one by one manage to provide his services to more than 20+ companies with the vision of providing quality services to the clients.

Years of hard work and persistence paid off as Kulwinder cab services grew into a thriving community. His business Named (Karan Cab Services Pvt. Ltd.) became a beacon of hope and support for many. The lesson he learned from his earlier failure paved the way for his ultimate success.

Kulwinder’s story is a treatment to the power of resilience, adaptability, and the unwavering spirit of a true warrior. He turned his setbacks into stepping stones, proving that success often comes after many failures and that perseverance can lead to incredible achievements.
